The LeftCoast Filet Mignon is a melt-in-your-mouth cut. Ours are well marbled and extra flavorful. Meant to impress and does. LeftCoast Filet Mignon are cut from the front of the tenderloin into 1 1/4-inch-thick medallions.

Prized for its tenderness (soft, easy to chew), the LeftCoast Filet Mignon can be grilled, pan seared, or broiled (then often finished in the oven) and is best served rare to medium rare at most.
